Rabbi David deeply enjoys joining with families to craft heartfelt lifecycle ceremonies that are engaging, personal, meaningful and memorable. Ceremonies are adaptable to homes, synagogues, catering facilities and “destination locations” (as scheduling permits).
Rabbi David’s costs for lifecycle events are adaptable on a sliding scale based on need and family circumstances. Lifecycle events performed in association with Temple Beth-El of City Island are subject to the Temple’s policies and fee schedule. Life cycles include:
- Start-of-life rituals (brit milah/circumcisions, baby namings and covenantal welcomings)
- B-mitzvah and confirmations: (including leyning support, rehearsal and full Shabbat service). Tutoring one-on-one with personalized learning program (“live” in New York area or via video) is additional.
- Weddings (includes personalized ceremony, rehearsal and three one-hour pre-marital meetings), plus travel and related expenses.
- Funerals and burials: (includes family meeting and preparation of personalized eulogy).
